Do you have some pie-related questions? 

How do I get my pie? 

During COVID season, contactless pick up is available at my baking studio in Parkdale (110 Jameson Ave, Toronto M6K 2X9).

Uber Connect delivery is also available. Customers must order their Uber Connect and communicate pick up date/time/car details with me via email at hello@shielas.ca

How long do I have to wait to get my pie?

Please give us at least 24 hours to make your order. For larger orders, it may take longer - but we will contact you to confirm! Frozen pies may be available immediately depending on stock. 

How do I bake my frozen pie at home? 

Frozen pies are a great way to treat yourself and your family anytime you feel like it! Here's how you bake them:

  1. Take your pie straight from the freezer - no need to thaw. 
  2. Bush the surface generously with an egg wash (Beat 1 whole egg in a bowl) and sprinkle with course sugar. 
  3. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. 
  4. Place your (still frozen) pie on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for about an hour or until the surface is golden brown and the juices from the filling is bubbling to the surface.

Can I have a private workshop for my company or my friends?

Absolutely! Shiela loves hosting private baking events online. Please inquire at hello@shielas.ca!

I registered for a workshop but I can't make it :(

No worries! You can get a full refund up to 7 days before the event or 50% of your fee up to 1 day before the event. AND you can always reschedule for another workshop with a notice up to 3 days before the event.
